Lawyer with orientation in Business Law, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 2004, and Administrative Banking Specialist (Bankkaufmann) graduated from the Argentine-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce, in 1997.

 

He is a member of the German Desk division of the Firm, as legal advisor to U.S. and European companies and investors. Areas of Practice: Corporate and Commercial Law; IT; Mergers & Acquisitions; Finance Engineering; International Finance Projects.

 

From 1995 to 1998, he worked in the Credit Risk Department at Deutsche Bank Argentina S.A. as Senior Credit Analyst, responsible for assessing investment projects and risk evaluation of multinational companies and large local companies. From 1998 to 2003, he worked in the Multinational Division of Bank Boston N.A. as Relationship Manager, advising European and U.S. multinational corporations.
