Marcela is a lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 2008.

She is a Professor of “Civil and Commercial Procedural Law” at the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina. She coordinates the Firm’s litigation team in civil and commercial actions, particularly those related to the automotive industry, financial institutions and TV production companies. She is presently representing several car manufacturers (Volkswagen, Scania, Seat and Audi) in court proceedings derived from their relationships with third parties, as a result of traditional automobile sales and car purchase plans. She also extensively litigates in matters related to dealerships, car accidents, medical malpractice, successions, image rights and damages. She has taught courses on “Tort Law”, “Civil and Commercial Procedural Law” and “Class Actions in Consumer Protection”.
